A world of foresight

Two decades ago, Jeremy Myerson and I launched WORKTECH at the British Library, pioneering the convergence of thought leaders from people, place, and technology to discuss shaping the future of work and the workplace.

Today, WORKTECH has a team of more than twenty employees led by our Managing Directors Isabel Dewhurst-Marks and Caroline Bell. With our programme of over forty global editions, we continue to unite forward-thinking industry professionals from Fortune 500 companies to take a holistic approach to propelling workplace innovation.

Ideas worth sharing

The future of work rests on the pillars of people, place, and technology. Our events invite thought leaders and workplace influencers from diverse industries to ignite innovation and reimagine the way we work.

Over the past decade, we’ve welcomed tens of thousands of delegates to hundreds of global events, along with numerous workplace tours, roundtable discussions, and future of work briefings.

Our esteemed speakers range from authors and innovators to business leaders in corporate real estate, architecture, design, management, human resources, and technology.

Radical visions and ground-breaking insights

Renowned figures like Marie Sallois Dembreville of the International Olympic Committee, Douglas Terrier from NASA, Julia Hobsbawm, author of The Nowhere Office, Bill Moggridge, designer of the world’s first laptop computer and Charles Handy have graced our stages, sharing radical visions and ground-breaking insights.

In a post-pandemic world, the dynamics of people, place, and technology take on new significance. Our compelling content now explores themes such as hybrid work, office return strategies, metaverse workplaces, wellbeing initiatives, emerging technologies, office design, and evolving workplace culture and management styles.
